ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The light clean is for a spruce up between changeovers or if the apartment has been vacant for a long period of time.

A deep clean is a thorough after completion clean to remove all dust left by cleaners, furniture installers and snaggers. This is recommended for all customers after taking ownership of the apartments.

As for the extra services the prices will be the following:
Lock out: €20 during office hours, €40 outside office hours
Call out at owner or guest's request (medical issues/police/translation)
Office hours - €20 for call out and first hour and €15/hr for subsequent hours
24 hrs - €40 for call out and first hour and €15/hr for subsequent hours)
Utility reconnection - €30, includes organising a visit by the utilities company, letting them into the property and assuring that the connection is successful. Any costs charged by the utility company for their service will be added to the invoice.
Resort Adhoc Service - any miscellaneous service required by the clients
will be carried out at a rate of €15 per hour during office hours if
the task can be performed from the office.
If the service requires a call out in the day time the fee will be €20 call out and €15 per hour.
Outside office hours (24hrs) the call out fee is €40 and €15 per hour.
